About these terms

Using the site

You're welcome to browse the site and send us an enquiry. Please don't:

• use it for anything unlawful, or send false or misleading information;
• try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it;
• copy large parts of it, or collect information from it with automated tools.

Demos, examples and estimates

The phone demos, sample businesses (such as "Anvil Painting"), sample messages and sample reviews on this site are made up to show how our systems work. They aren't real customers or real results. The missed-call calculator uses figures you choose; its answer is an estimate, not a promise. Every business is different, and we can't guarantee a particular number of calls, jobs, reviews or search rankings.

Prices

• Prices on our pricing page are per month and shown in Canadian dollars, Australian dollars or Swedish kronor. Prices in each currency are set by us, not converted at the day's exchange rate.
• Texting and calling are charged by use on top of the monthly price, so that cost depends on how busy you are. We go through it with you before anything is set up.
• Plans marked "coming soon" or locked aren't available yet.
• Taxes: [Whether prices include or exclude sales tax / GST / VAT to be added].
• Prices can change. The price that applies to you is the one in your written agreement.

Working together

Sending an enquiry or booking a call doesn't create a contract or commit either of us to anything. If we work together, what we'll do, what it costs, how long it runs and how either of us can end it will be set out in a written agreement or proposal. If that agreement says something different from these terms, the agreement applies.

Other companies' services

Our systems work with services run by other companies, such as Google, review sites and phone networks. They have their own rules and can change them. We set things up to follow those rules, but we don't control those services and aren't responsible for what they do. Links from our site to other websites are for convenience; we aren't responsible for their content.

Our content

The text, design, images, demos and logo on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may view and share links to our pages, but please don't copy or reuse our content without asking first.

Our responsibility

We work to keep the site accurate and running, but we provide it "as is" and can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for any loss that comes from using or relying on the website. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
